These classes are ideal for injury recovery, chronic condition management, or enhancing physical performance safely and effectively.

3. Pilates Equipment

Uses reformers, Trapeze Table, resistance bands, and more.

4. Mat Work

Includes floor exercises that can be done at home.

5. Breathing & Mindfulness

Focuses on proper breathing techniques to enhance relaxation and movement.

Who Can Participate

Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, including those recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions. 

A physiotherapist assessment is required before starting to create a tailored program. Both the assessment and classes may be claimable through Private Health Insurance.

Early Intervention Parkinson's Classes

Research shows that early intervention of Parkinson’s disease through exercise can improve mobility, balance, and confidence while reducing fall risks and enhancing overall quality of life. Evidence also suggests it may help slow disease progression.

Duration: 60 minutes

Focus: Exercises specifically tailored to address the unique needs of individuals with Parkinson’s disease

We also offer personalised programs for those with advanced Parkinson’s in our hydrotherapy pool or gym, ensuring each client receives the care they need. Qualified physiotherapists lead all sessions and are eligible for health fund rebates.

Our dementia-friendly exercise classes are designed for individuals with an early dementia diagnosis, offering a fitness program that is safe and enjoyable.
The sessions include supervised aerobic and resistance exercises with clear instructions, providing both emotional and physical benefits. Repetitive, practical exercises help participants engage and build familiarity over time.

Caregiver Participation: Caregivers or partners are welcome to join.
